I.N.T.A National Umpire Course 11th & 12th September 2010

I.N.T.A. members are invited by the I.N.T.A. Tournament and Umpire Committee, to join them in the first session for 2010 of the official ITF/AETF National Umpire Training Course.
The Course will be held in Kildare CYMS Hall.
The Course will run for 2 days (details below) and will cover all aspects of Umpire training in both an informative discussion and practical exercise format, led by the I.N.T.A. Tournament and Umpire Committee.The skills and knowledge presented in this seminar will help to elevate and standardize the quality of Umpires around the country, and help us create a more professional, fair and enjoyable tournament experience for all our members! Included in this seminar will be hands on experience and training with the ITF approved Electronic Scoring System. All participants will also receive an official I.N.T.A. Umpire Training Manuals and Tournament Rules Handbooks.

The course is open to all INTA Black belt holders (ITF certified) both Junior and Senior and also to senior 1st Kup (Black tag) students. For Junior Black belts and 1st Kup students a participants certificate will be issued on successful completion of the course. For Senior Black belt Students a National umpires certificate will be issued on Successful completion of the course and an 80% pass mark on the Final Written test.

I.N.T.A Technical Seminar 25th & 26th September 2010


The second I.N.T.A. technical seminar OF 2010 will be held on Saturday and Sunday 25th / 26th September in Glanmire Community College, Glanmire, Co. Cork. Conducted by the I.N.T.A. Technical Committee consisting of Master Brendan O'Toole VIII Degree, Master Val Douglas VII Degree and Master Gerry Martin VII Degree. This seminar is open to yellow belt and above and is highly compulsary for all Turners Cross Taekwon-Do students presenting themselves for the December grading examination. It is also an ideal opportunity for red belt and black tag holders, who may be considering testing for black belt next year to participate and pick up some key information from the I.N.T.A. technical and promotions committee.

These technical seminars are a very valuable source of technical information for all grades and should be fully supported by all students. We welcome the Masters to Cork for this event and encourage all our members to participate.
